Free Information Night October 22 The Yoga Collective, Erina Thursday 7pm This 8 week course offers you the opportunity to build self-regulation skills through awareness and monitoring thoughts, movement and breath. It will allow time to reflect on your beliefs, behaviours and learn how best to support yourself. The intention of the practice is to increase Calm and Self-Efficacy, establish Stability and raise your Vitality. Yoga Therapy utilises invitational language and language of inquiry to support students into awareness of movement, of breath, of sensations and of choice. From a yogic perspective anxiety is a condition of low prana (lifeforce). The practice will offer Self-Regulation through rhythmic movement which benefits the brain function and helps slow the flow of thoughts and support stillness. It will also focus on Self-Awareness, Self-Reflection and Supportive Habits. Building skills in shifting thoughts and feelings can allow you to better maintain new habits and integrate change. Learn to establish your Authentic Self and allow yourself to go forward in your life with greater confidence and trust in your own capacity.
